Gi-6V

The Gi-6V will inspect cases, projectiles and/or loaded cartridges. Employing Laser Gauging, Vision, Eddy Current technology and user-friendly software this machine will measure all OD dimensions, mouth defects, primer defects, and case surface defects at a rate of 300 parts per minute!

The Gi-6V is able to detect all critical defects according to MIL-STD-636 for small caliber, MIL-STD-651 for medium caliber ammunition and components.

LaserLab

The LaserLab is the world's first three dimensional bench-top laser inspection system. It's fast, accurate, and inexpensive. It allows SPC sampling supplier audits and first article inspection up to one thousand times faster than with traditional manual gauging techniques.

Using General Inspection's leading 360 degree laser technology, the LaserLab accurately measures diameters, lengths, tapers, straightness, concentricity, primer pocket depth, primer pocket inner diameter and mouth inner diameter to print dimensions with exact results every time. Gi-200

The Gi-200 is an automated 100% laser gauging/sorting system. It is capable of measuring lengths, diameters and tapers at rates up to 400 parts per minute. The high speed system is ideal for cases, cartridges and bullets.

No special operator training is necessary and set up time is approximately five minutes. Eddy Current and Vision sensors are options that can be added to detect defects such as missing lead core, inverted/missing or cocked primers, missing primer hole, and cracks.

For a low cost, the G-200 measures each part and throws out defects that don't meet print tolerances, so you can be assured your customers receive defect free product.

As with all Gi machines, data reports, multi-sensor velocity gauges, NIST traceable diameter calibration, network service and true part storage/retrieval are all available on the Gi-200.
